The space

Albergo Hotel and Residence is one of the most visited condominium in Baguio. It is located at Gibraltar, Mines View with a close proximity to the popular tourist spot in baguio, famous restaurant and international schools. The complex is located in a well built community, situated in a quiet cul de sac. The building is near a cafe , hotel, convenient shops, laundry ,water, and computer station . It is accessible to public transportation and taxis alike. It is also close to all tourist spots, restaurants, and bus station.

The building is a medium rise condo with only 7 floors, of which the unit is a 30 sqm studio located on the 4th floor with a nice view as there is no building obstruction, you have a good view of the pines trees and building. There is a secure parking in the area as well.

Inside the unit, the place is fully furnished with complete cooking utensils, pots & pans, plates, glasses, cups and saucer. The unit is equipped with LTE smart bro wifi, flat screen tv with cabled, big fridge, rice cooker, heater, 1 queen size bed good for 2-3 person and 2 pcs pull out twin foam bed good for 4 person and hot / cold shower.

It is about 3 km drive to SM baguio, Session road and about 2-5 mins walking distance to major tourist spots.

Guest access

You can access to the condominium elevators, the condotel park, service elevator, condotel cafe and condotel mall. The host will also assist for any transportation requirement and tours for the guests. Toyota Innova cars are available for tour (separate fee) if needed by the guests.

Interaction with guests

Owners of the condo unit are available all the time to assist our guests all throughout their stay in Baguio. Please come before 8 p.m. for check in.

Other things to note

We will provide the basics bath essential like towels. Refrigerator and dining utensils are available for guests who would like to bring in/ heat their food. We provide also condiments for cooking utensils. This is designed for guests' convenience.

Sequence of Booking: 

1. You inquire;
2. I will verify your schedules with bookings and reservations and vice versa;
3. I will send you a Quotation for the accommodation facility requested (either by email or text message - whichever you prefer);
4. After you deposit the required down payment and after I verified it from the bank, I will send you a Confirmation of Booking whereby the complete address of the accommodation is indicated;

5. Before arrival or travelling to Baguio, kindly get in touch with me so that I will meet you before entering the Central Business District - I will guide you towards the Bboss Home you have chosen;
6. Upon arrival at the Bboss Home, I will accept the full payment and Assist your check in OR the person in charge of the facility will accept the payments when situations will not allow me to meet you personally;
7. Issue an official receipt - if needed;

8. I will see you off / monitor you for your check out afterwards.
